After graduating from law school in Colorado, he worked and mentored with a highly respected immigration practice in the Washington, D.C. area under the guidance of Nancy M. Lawrence, Esq. After relocating back to Colorado, Yvan worked for Mountain States Employment Council, where he dedicated his practice to corporate and family based immigration law. He has counseled clients on H-1B visas E visas, L visas, J visas, I-9 compliance, citizenship, naturalization, and a variety of other business and family matters with regard to United States Immigration. Nicole Murad Rothstein, Esq.Partner Nicole brings to immigration her diverse background of corporate and telecommunications law. After graduating with honors from the Georgetown University Law Center, Nicole worked at Wiley Rein, LLP in Washington, D.C., one of the nation’s premier communications law firms. There, she counseled cable operators, satellite providers, and telecommunications companies in a variety of regulatory and corporate matters. After moving to Boulder, Colorado with her family, Nicole practiced corporate law for a solo practitioner.
