Yvan Eugene Murad, Esq.

Yvan has worked exclusively in the field of immigration law since earning his law degree from the University of Denver in 2001. After graduating from law school. Yvan worked and mentored with a highly respected immigration practice in the Washington, D.C. area under the guidance of Nancy M. Lawrence, Esq.  After relocating back to Colorado, Yvan worked for Mountain States Employment Council, where he dedicated his practice to corporate and family-based immigration law.  He routinely counsels clients on H-1B visas, E visas, L visas, J visas, TNs, Worksite Enforcement, I-9 compliance, citizenship, and naturalization.

In addition to his experience in the immigration field, Yvan earned  undergraduate degrees in Political Science and in Foreign Languages from Radford University in Virginia.

Yvan speaks Spanish fluently and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
